FOUR UMN MORRIS STUDENTS AND ONE ALUMNUS ARE FULBRIGHT SEMIFINALISTS

Eight University of Minnesota Morris students and alumni submitted Fulbright applications this year. Five have been named semifinalists:

  • Estella Acevedo ‘22, Eden Prairie, Minnesota; English Teaching Assistant--Colombia

  • Abi Bartlett, ‘22, Monticello, Minnesota; Research--New Zealand

  • Max Kivi, ‘22, Maple Grove, Minnesota; English Teaching Assistant--Peru

  • Rose Schwietz, ‘13, Mendota Heights, Minnesota; Research--Nepal 

  • Sophie Wieland, ‘22, Aberdeen, South Dakota;  Research--Germany

Final awards will be announced later this spring.
